Horrible customer service! We leased a 5 series BMW in the past and now we lease an X4. I've been dealing with this dealership for the last 4 years. In general, I have experienced the worst customer service ever. Especially the service department is a nightmare...I had so much issues with the X4 and they were not able to address efficiently any of these issues. They kept the car in the garage and eventually did absolutely nothing. The staff are in general rude and don't have the ability to LISTEN to the issues that you have with your car. We start thinking to consider that it might be worthwhile to drive all the way to Chattanooga for service rather than dealing with Grayson.
