My wife and I purchased a brand new 2025 Hyundai Palisade from Grayson Hyundai in August 2025. Our salesman, Andrew Grassel, was an absolute pleasure to work with to buy this vehicle. We were in the market for a new vehicle for my wife after our recently purchased vehicle from another dealership was involved in a bad crash (six days after purchase) and was declared a total loss. We first visited Grayson late on a Friday evening after the dealership was closed and spotted the Palisade we ended up purchasing. The following day, my family and I stopped by the dealership and met Andrew. He went with us on a test drive and engaged us in great conversation about the Palisade and life in general. Two days later, after learning our vehicle was indeed a total loss, I contacted Andrew and made a deposit to hold the Palisade. My wife and I returned to the dealership two days later to make the purchase. As soon as we arrived at the dealership that morning, Andrew, knowing the vehicle was for my wife, took her out to the Palisade, which he had up front, washed, and was ready to go, to ensure it was exactly what she wanted and to answer any questions she had. Afterwards, we went back inside and went through a simple, painless purchasing process. We met with Ricky Loy, the Finance Manager, and secured 0% APR financing through Hyundai Motor Finance. He was a pleasure to work with, too. After sealing the deal and getting the keys to our new Palisade, Andrew went back outside with us to the Palisade. What happened next was something I had never experienced before when purchasing a vehicle. Instead of watching us climb in the Palisade and drive away, Andrew asked me to get in the back seat, so he could sit up front with Amber and go over EVERY setting and feature of the Palisade with her. As I told him then, I was thoroughly impressed by this and his knowledge about the Palisade. After Andrew finished going over everything with Amber, he bid us farewell and sent us on our way. We left the dealership knowing we had purchased the right vehicle from the right dealership and were fortunate to have hooked up with the right salesman.
