Our salesman, Terran Stuart, was knowledgeable about all models, listened attentively to our requirements, answered all questions and was able to help us clarify the right model for us. We chose a 2019 Elantra. Terran and his manager, Rick Culotta, were gracious and professional throughout the whole process. We got an excellent deal and already know we made the right choice. We have had our 2016 Sonata serviced here for three years and are looking forward to dealing with this exceptional service department for our new car. We highly recommend the Hyundai brand as we beleive it is the most car for the money, and highly recommend Grayson Hyundai, Terran Stuart and Rick Culotta based on our outstanding purchase experience. **AVOID AT ALL COSTS** I always take my car to the dealer because I believe they provide quality service and are more honest about what repairs your car needs. Not here. I called for an oil change, was quoted $35.95 and then charged $60. My car takes synthetic oil yet somehow these brainless techs put conventional oil in. The service was slow (almost 2 hours for an oil change when I had an appointment) and they didn't even reset the service interval on my car. Bottom line, unethical, immoral and terrible service! More

Hollie Reid made the experience easy and comfortable for us. My old car was a 2008 Subaru Impreza, so I was looking for an upgrade. We recently moved to Knoxville so we thought we would try the local Subaru dea My old car was a 2008 Subaru Impreza, so I was looking for an upgrade. We recently moved to Knoxville so we thought we would try the local Subaru dealership. One car caught my attention, the 2018 Subaru Impreza Sport. I made an inquiry and Seth Hart (their E-Commerce Director) directed me to Hollie Reid, a relatively new dealer at Grayson. They were trying to clear their 2018's, so the Impreza Sport was on a good deal. Hollie was always quick to get back to me and made sure she answered all of my questions. My wife and I took two test drives (another was a 2019 Impreza Limited model), and Hollie was like taking a test drive with a friend. Very warm and inviting, we talked football and how we liked the Knoxville area most of the ride. That was all we needed, so we started the process of purchasing the car. Within a few hours of work, the car was ours. We did business with two of their financing officers, and they were a pleasure to work with, giving us time when we needed it and answered all questions. Grayson and Hollie also offered to fix any scratches or problems with the car for free. It did take about a month to get my car in, but Hollie communicated with me often about the process. In the end my car got the touch ups it needed (while I got to drive a loaner car, a 2019 Subaru Outback). Overall I recommend! More
