I needed a new car after my accident and Grayson Subaru gave me a great deal on a Crosstrek. See Tyler Rhodes for an awesome car buying experience. gave me a great deal on a Crosstrek. See Tyler Rhodes for an awesome car buying experience. More
Jay kadlec is a wonderful salesman, whom we purchased a 2025 Subaru Forrester this past Monday, March 24. Large selection of inventory. Excellent experience. Very friendly dealership. No pressure from the sale. Highly recommend if you're in the market for a Subie. Excellent experience. Very friendly dealership. No pressure from the sale. Highly recommend if you're in the market for a Subie. More
I've had poor service with my Hyundai at this location on a few occasions. The first sub 5 star rating I gave them I was called by a service manager and offered $50 gas card if I'd change it to a 5. Okay - a few occasions. The first sub 5 star rating I gave them I was called by a service manager and offered $50 gas card if I'd change it to a 5. Okay - he bought his rating that time. The last time I brought in the vehicle they held it for 2 days then charged me several hundred dollars to evaluate the battery needed to be changed despite having an extended warranty I had purchased from them. I understand the need to pay for the battery - not to pay several hundred dollars and lose 2 days of use of the vehicle for them to check the charge on the battery. I gave them a low rating based on the way they handled things. Fast forward to today when I need to bring the car in for service again and the sales manager Brad has told me they refuse to work on the vehicle - he did not believe he could make me happy. Sly way to boost your ratings if you refuse to service vehicles from customers who express unhappiness previously. This is shameful way to do business and they should be called out for it. More
