If I wasn't pleased on first I would not have returned. This is my third Sonata, the original 2011 model was recently handed down to my daughter to commute to college . I had been looking at vehicles for a couple of months and Grayson Hyundai was by far the most pleasant group of people we met. Mr. Smith was very eager to help without being aggressive or pushy. He offered to spend time looking at any vehicle we wanted to see down to simple color variations. He was very professional and knew the answer to every question we asked even when they were comparison questions to other makes and models. More
Subaru Service Center I had appt. for regular 6 month maintenance on a car I had purchased there six months ago. I was having two issues of car not wanting to start when w I had appt. for regular 6 month maintenance on a car I had purchased there six months ago. I was having two issues of car not wanting to start when weather was cold and squeaky brakes which I wanted those things checked out also. Upon arrival before the invoice was wrote up I was told there would be a two hour wait which I had no problem with that. After two hours went by no service person approached me about them needing more time. After three hours still sitting there with no information about how much longer it was going to take. After about four and 1/2 hours I was told the car needed a new battery which I agreed to purchase. After five hours the car was ready. If I had known it would take that long I would have gotten a loaner if that was an option. Upon arrival that wasn't mentioned to me. More
