Well done again Grayson and Hyundai This is my second Sonata purchased in 6 months (the first was totaled in an accident- praises be to your engineers!) . Subaru Service Center I had appt. for regular 6 month maintenance on a car I had purchased there six months ago. I was having two issues of car not wanting to start when w I had appt. for regular 6 month maintenance on a car I had purchased there six months ago. I was having two issues of car not wanting to start when weather was cold and squeaky brakes which I wanted those things checked out also. Upon arrival before the invoice was wrote up I was told there would be a two hour wait which I had no problem with that. After two hours went by no service person approached me about them needing more time. After three hours still sitting there with no information about how much longer it was going to take. After about four and 1/2 hours I was told the car needed a new battery which I agreed to purchase. After five hours the car was ready. If I had known it would take that long I would have gotten a loaner if that was an option. Upon arrival that wasn't mentioned to me. More
