They committed identity thefy,fraud,tied selling, price inflation, hid mechanic issues,got my credit jacked every way till sunday,so now I dont have a car and I cant buy a car cause,fhey messed up my credi inflation, hid mechanic issues,got my credit jacked every way till sunday,so now I dont have a car and I cant buy a car cause,fhey messed up my credit,its been one of the most stressful experiences of my entire life. Purchased a used car there last week and within 4 days the car broke down and they did nothing to assist. Was a holiday weekend so the sales rep said they would reach out first thing Tues. Took the day of the car broke down and they did nothing to assist. Was a holiday weekend so the sales rep said they would reach out first thing Tues. Took the day off work so I could get the car there once ready. I had to reach out a couple hours after they opened and he was busy with an active customer. I had to reach out again later and then they said they would get back to me. Finally said they can look at next day but I would be working so couldn't bring in that morning, They made no attempt to assist and then after calling them out, they said they would get with management and get resolved ASAP. Well next morning hours went by and nothing. So I let them know I would take a local shop for repair. They had no remorse and didn't even attempt to make it right. Definitely will not be back or recommend to anyone! More

If I could give negative stars I would! !! Stay clear of this dealership. They are nothing but liars and scammers!! I co-signed for my son to purchase a 2018 Audi from them on 8/1/25. Too !! Stay clear of this dealership. They are nothing but liars and scammers!! I co-signed for my son to purchase a 2018 Audi from them on 8/1/25. Took it to the Audi dealership a few days later to have it serviced and everything checked out. To our surprise the vehicle has over $10,000 of serious work needed some being structural and the topper is it has no air bags which is ILLIEGAL. I was calling and texting my salesman Will almost daily as it is almost impossible after they take your money to get a return call or any help. He refused to let me speak to a manger or anyone higher up. Also, we purchased a warranty with the vehicle which is their other scam... Low and behold our claim was denied because all of the issues were "preexisting". When I explained the situation to Will he denied it and said no we wouldn't sell a vehicle like that. Well, you did and now my 20 yr old son is screwed on his first big adult purchase. They also stated they will not help get the claim approved unless we bring it to them for service. No where in the contract does it state that. But we have been trying for over 3 months to get a service appointment with Brighton Motors and the mailbox is full and of course no one will return your call. My son has continuously been calling and today finally "Bob" returned his call about purchasing a vehicle and as soon as my son mentioned no he's been trying to get service on his car for 3 months the guy got skittish and said oh I'll transfer you to service. Of course, same crap no one will answer the xxxx phone or return your calls!! Getting a lawyer is probably the one way to get resolution with these hacks. My salesman won't even answer our calls or texts. Horrible company and salesman. The owner should be absolutely ashamed of this shady business he owns who constantly scam people and knowingly selling xxxxty vehicles!!!! All the 5 star ratings on here is a complete joke. They were probably written by the dealership themselves. More
