Bought a car couldn’t Leave with it for two weeks The car was supposed to be clean twice when I received a car to my surprise 40 Spent 9mm shell cases under the seat like somebody did to drive-by before they was supposed to be clean twice when I received a car to my surprise 40 Spent 9mm shell cases under the seat like somebody did to drive-by before they sold the car to Brighton motors.Maybe that’s why they had it. Luckily, I figured this out after detailing the car myself, after realizing bright motors couldn’t properly detail the car for second time in two weeks. Also the car ended up being a decent car. More

Worst experience I have had buying a car. They messed up the title and registration process for an out of state buyer. Said they would repossess the car if I didn’t do the process their way They messed up the title and registration process for an out of state buyer. Said they would repossess the car if I didn’t do the process their way which was wrong. This after taking possession of the car. Only person that was reasonable to talk with was David Willard. Unfortunately I had to spend over $7000 just to get the car title and registered when it was not needed. More

My only disappointment was that the front tires on the car failed the very first time I drove the car the day it delivered to my house and I had to have the car towed to the tire shop. They were the origi car failed the very first time I drove the car the day it delivered to my house and I had to have the car towed to the tire shop. They were the original tires from 2015 when the car was new. NTB showed me dry rot and cracks in the sidewalls of both front tires and the MFG year of 2015 that is stamped on the tires. Your service department should have caught this when they inspected the car. Luckily I was driving on a secondary road about 40 miles an hour when this happened and there were no issues. If I would have been on the interstate going 75 miles an hour someone could have gotten hurt. Other than that I am very satisfied with the car itself. More
