Now called Great Lakes Honda. After 1st visit we called to make an offer on a Used Honda Civic. They accepted offer, agreed on trade in value and we set appointment to pick up the car the next day. When to make an offer on a Used Honda Civic. They accepted offer, agreed on trade in value and we set appointment to pick up the car the next day. When we arrived, they said the person we spoke with wasn't there and that her notes were confusing. After some delay, we were finally told that they had sold the car to someone else the previous evening. They did not call to tell us this before our appointment, and also did not offer to take a deposit on the car in order to hold it for a day. Note: 2 star on friendliness- the sales person who tried to help us was friendly- but not impressed with the GM I spoke with. More
