Used to be great but worse each time I visit This used to be a really nice dealership but it has been getting worse and worse over the past two years. Employees everywhere, but little eye contact This used to be a really nice dealership but it has been getting worse and worse over the past two years. Employees everywhere, but little eye contact or engagement with customers. They are standing around talking to each other and the only time I saw hustle was when someone made popcorn in the customer waiting area. They employees quickly ate each and every piece before I had a chance to think about getting some. Pricing is high also...charged me over $100 when I had a warning light on that I later learned that Autozone could have done in 5 minutes for free. I called disappointed about this and asked if I did the $900 repair, would they credit the $107+ toward my bill. I was quickly told that that wasnt how it works. This left me feeling taken advantage of.... More
