One of the best ways to evaluate any person or company is their ability to deal with unexpected situations and look for solutions that work. My experience is no exception. I worked with Jeremy on Friday their ability to deal with unexpected situations and look for solutions that work. My experience is no exception. I worked with Jeremy on Friday the 27th. The CRV that originally brought me into the dealership from their website had been sold and I ultimately ended up buying a certified pre-owned 2020 HRV. It was a positive experience overall and Jeremy seemed genuinely invested in me ending up in the best situation possible, even helping to negotiate $1500 more for my trade-in than I was originally offered. It is now Monday the 30th. Over the weekend, I discovered that the seats in this vehicle are terrible for my neck and back in a way that I never would have been able to know during the brief test drive (I have multiple herniated discs along with spinal stenosis). The accessories I already have to make driving less painful do not help my back in the HRV like they did in my Civic that I traded in. I had to leave the vehicle in a safe place on Saturday night and get a ride home because I was unable to drive. (That's not to say that this is a bad vehicle, it is actually very nice!) I emailed Jeremy on Sunday night and we connected through texting Monday morning/early afternoon. He consulted with his manager and the dealership seems open to working with me and getting me into a vehicle that works. I'm going in tomorrow, October 1st to explore other options. I will update this review accordingly. I can imagine that many places would have just told me to go pound sand. I appreciate people and companies that work with their customers, especially involving a purchase as important as one. So far, so good. To be continued... More
