Greeted quickly by a very pleasant young man. They were ready for me so I was able to pull my car into the bay. I went to the waiting area and before I knew it, they were finished servicing my car! Went in to have recall work done. The work was performed in a timely manner, but when it picked up the car my stereo wasn't working. Two days later my battery died. After replacing my battery, at my expense in a timely manner, but when it picked up the car my stereo wasn't working. Two days later my battery died. After replacing my battery, at my expense, I took my car to the dealer to have them fix my stereo. They told me they couldn't figure out what was wrong and it would cost me several hundred dollars to have it fixed. My stereo that they caused to not work at all, which was working fine before the warranty work and not at all after I picked up the car and before my battery died. Worst customer service experience ever. Service dept is a total criminal money grab business. More
