He treated us with the utmost respect and created a welcoming environment which gave us ample time to understand our needs and buy the car that best suited our needs and wants. This was on a major holiday and our buying experience lasted beyond closing hours, however, Mr. Hall reassured my fiancee and I that we were not intruding on his time as he thoroughly answered all of our questions. We were introduced to the finance team, which found us an even better interest rate and finance package than the one we came prepared with. He also introduced us to the service staff and helped us arrange our first appointment.
