This is the generic response that you give to customers who complain about how you run the business! Your response offers NO solutions! Please don’t call my Gen Z daughter again! I handle my own financial affairs, thank you! You PRETENDED to run a credit check on me but you did not! Then you asked my 20 something daughter to co-sign FOR ME! I didn’t need a co-signer when I purchased vehicle on 4-9-26! I have a credit freeze on my account! Yoy CANNOT check my credit without freeze being lifted! You NEVER asked me to remove freeze! How do I know? Because on 4-9-26, I was asked to remove freeze so you all could check my credit! Everyone there is a LIAR! Even you, Ness! You guaranteed you would do right by me and you FAILED MISERABLY!!! I AM ON A MISSION TO MAKE SURE YOU NEVER AGAIN DEFRAUD AND SCAM SENIOR CITIZENS!!!
