I have tire and rim warranty and they ordered a yokohama tire for my Elantra flat tire. They put it on I drove home it went flat. I took it back and they put a cheap hankook tire on it and did not tell me . tire for my Elantra flat tire. They put it on I drove home it went flat. I took it back and they put a cheap hankook tire on it and did not tell me . I found that out on next service trip June 2. So this review is a month late till I cooled off. On June 2 they said I need 3 yokohama tires for $965 an alignment $130 and brake regrease for $130 and my air cleaner base was broken for $340. These people screwed me out of a yokohama tire and I'm xxxx sure they broke the air filter box! First of all I'm not mis matching tire brands so I purchased 4 tires yokohama installed at Walmart $771 way cheaper than their price for 3 tires at $965. Yeah trying to charge for that hankook imo. I replaced the air cleaner and box for $100 and it took 10 minutes so why you all charge $340 to install a $70 part that is 3 screws and 2 plastic clips. I didn't need the alignment at all tire discounters checked it out and didn't charge me . They asked why I brought it in and I said dealership said it needed it immediately. I'm sure the dealership would have charged me that too. The rear brakes I have to laugh first of all you can't adjust my cars brake shoes like your paperwork says cause my car uses pads there are no shoes on that n line at all. I replaced the rear brakes rotors and pads. The old brakes didn't even work in the rear due to absolutely no lubrication and rust build up on the metal clips. I had to remove the pads using a hammer because they did not move at all. Another thing you said that you rotated tires to optimum position and no you didn't cause that hankook was still on the passenger rear. You guys screwed me on the tire warranty and not sure if you will ever get my business after you pull xxxx like this first of all if you couldn't correctly fix the first yokohama tire you ordered then you should have put that donut tire back on my car and sent me home and reorder yokohama tire not put a $100 tire on it and not even tell me. Very unprofessional. Oh and another thing I witnessed their mechanics drive customers cars too fast in that shop and hit stuff with a customers car. It's a good thing it wasn't my car I saw that crap happening. They way I see this, they owe me $180 for the fourth yokohama tire and $100 for the air cleaner box!! More

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! Took them 5 weeks to diagnose and "fix" an otherwise simple problem (2 hour job). At least, that's what they said... the problem that they said they fixed had absolutely nothing to do with the issue the car was brought in for, so they are either incompetent or liars. The entire service department is a mess. Take your car ANYWHERE else but here for service. More

I was contacted by customer service at Hyundai, and I filled them in on all the complaints I had. So Great Lakes Hyundai ripped me off by sending me a lower rated vehicle. I will NEVER get anything from a dealer again. Their main goal is to rip you off once you walk in the door. I am about to get an attorney and take Great Lakes to court. Great Lakes is ONE, BIG, JOKE !!!!!! I will be nice about it. SCREW THEM !!!!!!! More
