He didn’t use any pressure just presented the value of each vehicle and led us to one that absolutely fit the kind of car we were looking for. He is kind. He is knowledgeable. He related to us in our circumstances. Many thanks Jose. You rock!!! Shout out to Chris White who sat with us to learn the computer basics and set up some initial user information. He explained it in an understandable way but also knew that it was a lot to process. He set us up for a return visit to tweak our abilities and probably undo our goof ups. Either way he is also just a phone call away and we are very grateful that this is a continuing relationship and that they were not just finished with us at the end of the deal!! More
