We were driving through the Findlay area and had a CVT transmission issue. Noah was very helpful on the phone and during the subsequent warranty work at Great Lakes Subaru. Within a few hours we were bac transmission issue. Noah was very helpful on the phone and during the subsequent warranty work at Great Lakes Subaru. Within a few hours we were back on the road. My oil change took forever yesterday and after I was told it was done and I paid it took 3 people to find where my car was. I was there for an hour and a half and was not happy with the customer service I re it was done and I paid it took 3 people to find where my car was.
