We had set up a test drive, received an email confirming it and saw our name on the showroom board when we arrived, but it seemed as if they were not ready for us. Mike was a nice guy but I felt like the sa it and saw our name on the showroom board when we arrived, but it seemed as if they were not ready for us. Mike was a nice guy but I felt like the sale was more important than our financial situation to both him and Eddie in the finance office. We arrived at 1 p.m., took a short test drive, decided to buy but didn't leave the dealership until after 6 p.m. I'd encourage the dealership to work on expediting sales if they all take that long. the level for premium customer service has dwindled greatly at this Toyota dealer. I will no longer use this dealer for any issues with my vehicle.....hopefully there is one in my area that will be sa greatly at this Toyota dealer.
