Does not follow thru on agreements. Vehicle has been in 4 times to be fixed and still not fixed. When on way to bring in car staff leave for lunch knowing that we are bringing the car in. Loaner car given is a little Toyota Camry, vehicle purchased and being serviced is a 3rd row SUV that was purchased so we had room for kids. Impossible to put car sear and 2 booster seats in the Camry. Just not happy at all with the poor customer service this place has given us. Will be contacting our attorney to handle going forward. When I arrived at the dealership the lady was very helpful, she provided my wife and I with a shuttle back to our home.
