Great Lakes Subaru - Service Center

My car went to the dealer 3 times for intermitent engine issues after my regualar mechanic replaced the fuel pump with an aftermarket part. Long story short the dealership discovered that the fuel pump was issues after my regualar mechanic replaced the fuel pump with an aftermarket part. Long story short the dealership discovered that the fuel pump was defective. I worked with Noah all 3 times. He was friendly, easy to work with, and cared about resolving my issue. Great Lakes Subaru doesn't over book customers like most dealers do to maximize profit. They also won't over sell me on service that is not broken. This is why I will give them them my busineess when I have complex problems that require their expertise. Thank you for your assistance. More

Everything was done well but the parts did not arrive on time to complete the service in a timely manner. We should have brought the vehicle back when the parts arrived. My wife did not like not having he time to complete the service in a timely manner. We should have brought the vehicle back when the parts arrived.
