I,ve dealt with Noah in service over a number of years with the three Subaru Foresters that I’ve leased from Great Lakes / Lariche Subaru. He’s always been knowledgeable, courteous, and a frIendly person with the three Subaru Foresters that I’ve leased from Great Lakes / Lariche Subaru. Unsatisfied with the service I called to schedule about on my 21 Highlander. I was told the vehicle would be driven to hear and understand the noise i am experiencing and also have an oil change/tire rotat on my 21 Highlander. I was told the vehicle would be driven to hear and understand the noise i am experiencing and also have an oil change/tire rotation. I was also informed The $99 diagnostic charge would go towards any repairs. The vehicle never was driven, just tire rotation performed and they never noticed anything...drove off with the same "grinding" noise and no answers. Disappointing. For the second time since i purchased my vehicle from this dealer. More

The service was done in a timely manner, and everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful; no problems there! My complaint is all the emails and texts! I received no fewer than 4 reminders of my upcoming dealt with was friendly and helpful; no problems there! My complaint is all the emails and texts! I received no fewer than 4 reminders of my upcoming appointment (I think it was more, but I'm not sure), and then afterward, multiple requests for review. Besides, that, I received 2 separate texts while waiting for the service to be done, asking me to let them know if I had any questions. If I had a question, I could walk around the corner and ask it. Why do I need to be hounded with constant texts? I found the whole experience quite annoying and wish I hadn't give them my phone number. More

I was surprised how fast they got the job done and they even gave my WRX a hose off.
