"Came in for oil change left with upgrade"

I came into the dealership to service my 2012 car and ending up leaving with a 2017. The managers in both the sales and the service managers are supper nice and professional. Although the service department is very good the wait times are long on the weekends but the service is worth the wait. The salesmen was very nice and made sure he provided a vehicle that fit my current needs.

"SCAM SCAM SCAM"

They extort on inspections. They have just forced me to pay $175.00 for wheel balance and alignment after they force me to purchase 2 new tires otherwise they will fail my inspection. This dealership is a no go! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE. DO NOT BELIEVE OTHER REVIEWS HERE AS THEY MUST BE BY THE OWNER OR MANAGER. They provide lips services as if they will give you the best service but in reality they stab you in the back!

"Typical inspection fail scam."

Innocently I brought today my 2013 Nissan Murano to this Great Neck dealership for inspection thinking it is too big for a small garages like scams. Wehile waiting their service rep Chris called and inform me that unless I buy 2 new tires + Blanching + labor from them for $494.75 the car will fail inspection and I will have to pay for it. He did not accept that I'll purchase the tires literally next door at MAVIS for less and come back to complete the inspection but rather inform me that he will fail the inspection which I have to pay for it and thereafter the tires be replaced I can come back and do the inspection again. The irony is that I am considering to trade in my car within 6 months and purchase a newer model. Guess where I will not do it.

"Best Service in 37 years of bering with Nissan!!!!!!"

My family has been buying from Koeppel Nissan for almost 37 years now. We were buying and servicing at a different location. This was my first time in the Great Neck Nissan and by far the BEST service I have ever had. My appointment was at 7 a.m. I was already inside at 7:01 and by 7:05 Richmon was registering my car. He was professional, knowledgable and friendly. Honestly it was just pure pleasure first thing in the morning. They had a beautiful clean waiting lounge, with fresh brewed coffee and fresh bagels, huge TV, and Rich came by 3 times in an hour and a half span letting me know the updates. I ended up waiting for the car, but was told if I need to get to work they have a shuttle there and back. After the service was done, my car was cleaned and vacuumed, I couldn't believe it. Anyways will never go anywhere else except Nissan of Great Neck and work with Rich. THANK YOU!!!!!!

"Service sucks! "

I bought a precertified nissan Pathfinder Platinum. They put on a great show like they truly care. Three months later I needed parts that were order and they never call, text, or email me that the parts were ready. Also there's a recall on my vehicle and they do not have those parts as well. Never again will I buy a vehicle at this location.

No matter what you plan, to buy a car or to have your car service, Great Neck Nissan is the place to go. This is why I go here for my all car-related needs. In my most recent visit, I’d dealt with scheduled maintenance for my 2011 Juke Nissan. Rich Williams has welcomed me as an assigned service adviser. And although he seems to me a recent addition to the company’s team of professionals, the service job with no surprise was done as perfectly as always being accompanied with complimentary multi-point inspection, expert practical suggestions, and … car washing and vacuuming.
