He was very professional and spoke great things of the dealership letting us know that, they were the best of the best. So we gave it a try, I explained what I was looking for and the deal that best fitted my needs. So at first he seemed like it was impossible to get me that veihicle at the monthly payments that I could afford, but he never gave up and tryed his best to earn our business. Next thing we know he came back out and amazed us with the prize and payments to the vehicle. Right their in that moment he earned my trust and much more. We then took the vehicle for a spin and it felt great, so we went inside and started signing away. David had a really great personality, he was polite and professional at all times. He always kept asking if we needed something to drink or anything at all to make it as comfortable as possible for us. He gave us exactly what we were looking for and the purchase was made. It was already late by the time we were done but David hung around till the end and had the vehicle ready to go for us right at the door so all we had to do was get in and drive home. It made me feel like David tried his best to make it a good experience for us and it was. David then went over board when he asked me to come back the following day to show me everything to the vehicle and explain any questions I could have about the vehicle. So I did, I went back the following day and he did exactly what he said he showed me how the seats follded, the correct way to use 4 wheel drive it was a full demenstration of everything to the vehicle. I really liked that because it made me feel like I knew everything to the vehicle after that. David really knew how to represent the 5 STARS, that his dealership has earnd. He was Dedicated, Commited, Profesional and Had Great Customer Service skills. He Put NO Pressure on us and went over and beyond to make it a great experiance.
