Recently purchased a Buick Rendezvous with the help of Tommy Baxter. After having a baby, we decided we needed more of a family car. I called Tom and told him I was looking for a "Mom car" and two days la Tommy Baxter. After having a baby, we decided we needed more of a family car. I called Tom and told him I was looking for a "Mom car" and two days later I drove away in my new car! He made everything very easy for us- and quick which was what I was looking for. As a new Mom I didnt have the time to really shop around and I knew I could trust his advice. I gave him information about my trade in over the phone and he had all the paperwork ready for us when we picked up the Buick. He even purchased us a Hawkeye outfit for the baby!! I have been very happy with the service on my Cadillac DeVille and have purchased two Cadillacs previously from Trina Hayslett, who assisted my friend in her purchase. I will have Trina assist me when I purchase my next Cadillac - when I am ready to buy she knows what I want in a car, she finds the best vehicle available and gives me a fair price. I DEFINITELY will purchase from Trina again. When my vehicle needs service, Todd (especially), Henry, Paul and the other service technicians are GREAT to deal with. My car is fixed quickly, and the work is always satisfactory. The one time it was not, (turn signal was loose) the car was IMMEDIATELY fixed to my satisfaction. My Father was a mechanic and he said that Keady's (now Greene) did good work. More
It was about 4:45 Pm on Wednesday 11 Aug 2010 and I drove onto the Green Buick car dealership in my 1997 Nissan Sentra. It had, lets just say, a few issues but I was still given a descent trade in I was approached by Rich Perry and without a thought of the scorching heat Rich spoke to me about the cars I thought I wanted and then he directed me to a 2009 Toyota Corolla because he knew it was the car I needed. Rich took me to his office, done some checking with my credit and worked out a deal to be presented to the finance manager Curt Early. That was when I took a deep breath because it had been 13 year since I had last purchased a car so I thought I wouldn’t hear anything back until the end of the week. Well, little did I know that the financing, title transfer, license transfer, basically everything accept insurance is handled by the car dealership. When Curt called me in for signing the purchase agreement my APR and monthly payment was one thing but because Curt is an over achiever I was called 12 Aug 2010 and he had found an even better APR and lower payments. Curt was the gift that just kept on giving. By 7 or 8’ish I was driving off into the sunset in my 2009 Toyota Corolla and what a way to spend a dinner hour. I have told everyone I’ve about the Green Buick GMC experience and I am attending a family/friend outing tomorrow and will do a complete commercial. Thanks be to God and to Green Buick GMC. More
Glen Baker and Green Buick were recommended to us by our daughter and her husband who had purchased new cars from Glen previously. We have only lived in Iowa for past 3 years after being in other states for daughter and her husband who had purchased new cars from Glen previously. We have only lived in Iowa for past 3 years after being in other states for 33 years, but normally buy Buicks and always GM products. Dealing with a new auto dealer can be a trying experience , but we couldn't have been more pleased with the treatment we received. We never have had such a thorough explanation of the features of a new car we purchased previously. More

We were pleased with the experience at the dealership and also with the help we were provided with with the Sirius radio. Perhaps we should have been given a car with at least 1/4 of a tank of gas the low fuel light was on but were given directions to a gas station that was close. I also appreciated that the dealership is dog friendly. Each and every person I encountered was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to others. I would not hesitate to drive the 2 1/2 hours again to purchase another vechile from Green Buick and Trina Haysleet. More
There were 2 reason we have sdwitched dealers. The former dealer's service personnel seldom seemed to appreciate our many years of business . Todd Woods is the person she calls for her appts. We have known Tom when he first began selling cars. He helped me turn in my lease car and I purchased a 2008 G6. A few days later we purchased a new 2010 Sierra. My husband is handicaped and Tom helped him find the truck for which he was looking and also helped him with details of operation OnStar,etc. We are very pleased with all aspecets of purchasing vehicles from Tom. More
