The service department has been amazing with each visit with the work being performed pretty quickly. I purchased a 2024 vehicle from this dealership and I only had the vehicle for approx 1 month and 4000 miles and I was getting a "service parking sensor" alert. I scheduled an appointment immediately. W only had the vehicle for approx 1 month and 4000 miles and I was getting a "service parking sensor" alert. I scheduled an appointment immediately. We'll the 1st service appointment I dropped my vehicle off at 7am and by 330 pm my car still had not been looked at so i just picked it up and had to reschedule the appointment again. Finally the 2nd appointment they were able to look into it and they advised me that it was a sensor on the front bumper that needed to be replaced but it would not be covered under the manufacturer warranty or the warranty I purchased on top of through green, because it was supposedly damaged and it would cost $1500 to replace. This dealership is only there for the sale and are like snakes in the grass. I would highly recomend going to some other dealership that care about thier customers. They do not respect customers time and do not go above and beyond to satisfy thier customer unless it involves a sale. More
The service department was ready for my car at appointment time. They got my car in right away and an hour later I was driving home, Great service, did not try to up sell me on unneeded repairs. appointment time. Green Buick GMC customer service was by far the worst I have ever experienced in dealing with any company. Complete lack of communication, care, and maintenance management. Dropped car off on a Monday morn have ever experienced in dealing with any company. Complete lack of communication, care, and maintenance management. Dropped car off on a Monday morning. Received no call regarding status so I called at 3:30 to be told let me see what is going on followed by we need to order a part for you and you need to approve repair in next 20 minutes so we can get part ordered and in tomorrow. So I approved repair. Tuesday received no call as to status of vehicle repair. Wednesday received no call so I called to be told the part is not in yet. Thursday manager calls me to see what is going on, if I approved the repair, not sure why part was not ordered but would look into it. Friday apparently the part gets ordered although I received no call. Monday called at 4:00 and told car is ready; however, I was not able to pick up car because they did not let me know in time to adjust my schedule. Tuesday (7 days after dropping off car) I go in to pick up car and I get the key and am told it is somewhere out there. So I walk through the rain to find my car in their parking lot. Hope repair is good because I would hate to ever have to go back to this dealership again. There are a lot better choices out there with dealerships that treat customers much better than Green Buick, I highly recommend you look elsewhere. More

On the Service side working with Todd and Kathy has been painless as well. Even though Green is a large GMC dealer they treat customers with respect and follow the golden rule. My family has purchased four vehicles from them and have always delivered exactly what they promised. Equally important, Green GMC respects our wishes to pass on additional services like extended warranties and service plans. For some customers they can provide good piece of mind and are presented thoughtfully, however they most importantly respect our old school approach to pass on those things. I highly recommend working with Brad if you are in the market for a new GMC. More
