I researched the SUV I was interested in on the internet then found a similar one at Green. Chad returned my email within a few minutes and I talked to him on the phone that day... he explained that the Ta then found a similar one at Green. As such, I drove all the way from Chicago to purchase my vehicle from Green Chevrolet. Green Chevrolet gave me a great value on my trade-in vehicle (more than I originally anticipated). In addition, Green Chevrolet worked with me on finding the right vehicle (I had a specific color and style in mind). This is the worst dealership that I have ever dealt with. They messed up my car I had to deal with them for 6 months; taken the vehicle to them more than 12 times. Everything that she's ever told us has been a lie. How could she be a service manager and not know a damn thing about cars?!?! I have spoken with everyone at their dealership to resolve this issue...but you know what happened because here I am. Taken your time, money elsewhere. More
