When I got there I met Cory who was reffered by a friend and I would recommend him to anyone. He listened to me. He explained things to me. And I've texted him a few times since I bought the car and he has always replied promptly and never made me feel like a nusence. I have also spoke with Joshua since I bought the car, he was the one who explained the loan and had me sign a zillion papers. I was worried when my loan info hadn't come yet and reached out. He called me within 5 minutes. He was super down to earth and friendly- I have crap credit and there's no sugar coating it, he told me ways Green can help later down the road and assured me that if my loan info didn't come he would ensure I got a hold of them. He also recommended me to an insurance agent who has been incredibly accommodating and professional in getting my insurance switched over. This isn't only my first vehicle purchase, but my first big purchase ever. Cory and Joshua made it a wonderful experience. Brandon was good too he was the 'numbers' guy and instead of getting irritated with my pickiness he just kept making suggestions until in the end I got the car I wanted. More

Love my sonata, but not my experience. First time buying a new car, so I tried to do as much research as I could before I went in. All went well before I reached financing. The guy named Josh In financing isn’t there to help or explain things to you. I kept asking questions on things I didn’t understand and he would be very short with me and leave out as much information as possible. On reviewing the receipt I was very confused about a 3000$ Charge on my bill. It was labeled VSC. I kept asking about it and the only honest answer I got about it was that it stands for “vehicle service contract”. He made it seem to be a mandatory and a nonnegotiable charge that was a part of buying a car. After going home and doing some research I found out it was an optional AND negotiable fee. I came back the next day and he had all these pamphlets and informational sheets that he never handed to me or explained to me previously. So I went home after that and read them over. The VSC is in fact fully refundable within 60 days of purchase, it says so in the paperwork I was given. When I finally had time to go in and cancel I was told that because it had been over thirty days that cancellation of the contract would be prorated based on mileage and I would incur a large fee for cancellation. Which is a blatant lie, according to the VSC paperwork I had him printout for me. He was very sour with me and kept giving me attitude every time he talked to me. He kept intentionally wasting my time throughout this process and why should have taken ten minutes to cancel took over three hours of my day. I ended up driving in and back three times in the same day because of this. I ended up getting my full refund after escalating the issue continuously through management and the actual warranty company. The auto service and the car salesmen were good. the most important part, actually purchasing the car and signing papers and dealing with finance guy, was absolutely horrific. Be prepared to be bullied by finance when buying a car here. More
