Not up to Green Toyota's ususal standard. Service Advisor was Brian Smith. I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection. Perhaps procedures have changed, but ordinarily on check out the Service Advisor will provide a "report card" and go over it and will also indicate any observations provided by the technician. This was not done on this occasion. I will use Green Toyota in the future and hope that they will return to their usual standard. More

If you are loooking to buy a new vehicle, the Green Toyota of Springfield in Illinois is NOT the one you would want to deal with. This dealership would charge out of town (outside of Springfield, IL Toyota of Springfield in Illinois is NOT the one you would want to deal with. This dealership would charge out of town (outside of Springfield, IL) customers additional 10% market adjustment. This is ridiculous. I sent an email to ask Mylas Copeland (the General Manager) about the adjustment and he did not reply. This dealership really has bad management group. I am not sure how the dealership has 4.7-star rating. The Crown Toyota of Decatur, IL and Sam Leman of Bloomington,IL are better. Some of the dealerships in Indiana, Iowa and Missouri are worth to deal with. More

We had an electrical problem with our 08 Prius. It wasn’t an easy job to locate the bad wire. They took the time to insure the repair was done right.
