I was welcomed by Service Rep. Robert Myers who asked if there were any particular issues for todays visit in addition to routine maintenance. I explained that I needed a new battery and had a coupon for b there were any particular issues for todays visit in addition to routine maintenance. I explained that I needed a new battery and had a coupon for battery replacement. When I asked approximately how long the maintenance check and battery replacement would take, I was told about an hour and a half. Indeed, the car was ready in 1:35. Pretty good. Mr. Myers went over the detail of what service was performed and mentioned that my tires would probably need replacement in the near future. It was suggested that I might take advantage of a tire special on my next visit before the end of the year. I appreciated the "heads up". After I picked up my car, I noticed that my power windows were not functioning. I alerted Mr. Myers and he quickly corrected the problem. Overall, my visit to Green's Toyota Service Dept. was a positive experience. More
