By far the worst experience using a service department. I have used them 4 times now to service my Trd Pro and every single time I get nothing but rudeness and bad attitude. I have owned Toyotas for most I have used them 4 times now to service my Trd Pro and every single time I get nothing but rudeness and bad attitude. I have owned Toyotas for most of my adult life, just relocated to Lexington. I will be traveling to Nicholasville or Richmond moving forward to try out another dealer, I will absolutely never return here for service or sales because of my multiple bad experiences with dealer staff..
