New tires put on I always have great service at Greens but the waits have become longer & longer. After waiting 2.75 hours to have tires put on my van - had an appoin I always have great service at Greens but the waits have become longer & longer. After waiting 2.75 hours to have tires put on my van - had an appointment - the guy in service said -- yeah it takes several hours. If I had been told this when I made the appointment I would have made arrangements to be picked up & gone somewhere to wait. I am from out of town though. More

Tire replacement I arrived after calling my service person as I had a flat tire, and was using emergency tire, thanks to Lex Fire Dept who rescued me and replaced flat I arrived after calling my service person as I had a flat tire, and was using emergency tire, thanks to Lex Fire Dept who rescued me and replaced flat one for me. Greene's were expecting me even though I did not call till after 4:30 pm. I got to Greene's not long before 5pm and left after about 35 minutes. Tire replaced, everything put back in car, and bill paid. Great service, especially with a regular contact in Service Department, it is easy to cope with emergency. I had important meeting that evening and could not wait till morning!! More
