Explains everything in detail of what service is going to be done and if it is covered by the warranty that I have or not. He always has a smile on his face and go that extra step for the customer. Most service personnel are helpful in explaining how additional items require seperate - but do not understand why service should not include basic questions just to diagnose the potential problem and then can reschedule for seperate work. Went in for a 85,000 multi point service and rotation of tires. Toyota always has great coupons....only problem was that I was gone for about 10 minutes, and someone told me I had no break lights (left or right). Service manager and Service Rep., took care of the problem immediately. I could tell they were not pleased by the error, this was un-excusable. No break lights is not small thing...auto accidents have can and have occurred with a person not having any type of lights. Of course they did not charge for the replacement bulbs and my next charge is free, unsure if that makes me feel all warm and cozy inside. I am grateful for the person that told me I had not lights! More
