Went in for a 85,000 multi point service and rotation of tires. Toyota always has great coupons....only problem was that I was gone for about 10 minutes, and someone told me I had no break lights (left or right). Service manager and Service Rep., took care of the problem immediately. I could tell they were not pleased by the error, this was un-excusable. No break lights is not small thing...auto accidents have can and have occurred with a person not having any type of lights. Of course they did not charge for the replacement bulbs and my next charge is free, unsure if that makes me feel all warm and cozy inside. I am grateful for the person that told me I had not lights! More
