When we walked in for our appointment and asked for help they seemed unorganized and we're sure when they could help us...even though we had an appointment. Tim walked away from another employee when we asked them a question and they had to ask him. He said "I'm busy" "can't here you" as he walked away. After two hours of waiting for something that was a simple fix we simply wanted to know how much longer but he couldn't take a moment to answer. More

Great Service with Service Department I have been working out of town Week of Feb 5, 2017 and my service light came on. I was able to get an appointment on Saturday Feb 11, 2017. Michael I have been working out of town Week of Feb 5, 2017 and my service light came on. I was able to get an appointment on Saturday Feb 11, 2017. Michael from the service department waited on me with a warm welcoming smile. He found a coupon that I could use toward my service. I had brought enough work with me to keep me busy in the waiting area. I went to the front room to look at new vehicles and by the time I came back to do my work by car was ready. Fabulous service and all people in serve area. My family has bought several vehicles from Greens and will continue to due so. Greens has been the only service area I have used and will continue. More

Never Again! Rude customer service and don't stand behind their cars, even when allegedly under a new car warranty!! I will never return here! I for one don’t wright many reviews on things. But when I just went to go get my car checked up, I paid, took my papers went home and read them, there was apparently a few things that needed to be replaced, just went to go get my car checked up, I paid, took my papers went home and read them, there was apparently a few things that needed to be replaced, including a drive belt and under these comments it said I "declined" having this done when no one told me about the issues. True, I should have read this at the dealership, but I feel I’ve been lied to. Plus they were very rude, which is not always the case. Perhaps just a bad day. I am just mad because they wrought on a paper that I said I did not want this fixed when they never asked, and this is in fact something I want taken care of, unfortunately not by them. More
I have dealt with Suzanne on a number of service items and she consistantly exhibits professionalism and genuine concern for any of the issues I have. She has always gone out of her way to make sure my se and she consistantly exhibits professionalism and genuine concern for any of the issues I have.
