Service Department reception when you walk in is very bad. The staff behind the counter do not greet you or even look at you, so you are left standing there waiting for someone to ask if they can help y bad. Suggest having a greeter who welcomes customers and directs them to the next available service representative who can help them get things started. I also had two discount coupons, one for a synthetic oil change, and one for a tire rotation which I wanted to use. I was told I could not use both discount coupons at the same time that I could only use the discount for one and would have to pay full price for the other service. This made no sense to me other than a way to get you to spend more money and allow Green’s to make more money. This is not what I call good customer service. Now to get the tire rotation I wanted I will have to make another service appointment to use the discount coupon. More
