Awesome customer service and attention to detail I recently began using this dealership for service for my 2017 Nissan Sentra after having been let down too many times by my selling dealer in Riviera I recently began using this dealership for service for my 2017 Nissan Sentra after having been let down too many times by my selling dealer in Riviera Beach. Each time that I come in here , I am promptly greeted by my service writer, who quickly and accurately documents my service needs and immediately gets my car take him to the back so that it can be completed. It should also be noted that each time the car was completed well before the time I was told it would be. And each time it is been washed and cleaned. Based upon these experiences I would not hesitate to purchase my next vehicle here. More

An absolute pleasurable buying experience I'm a well-traveled man, and an experience car salesman, but never have I been "sold" like how this young man Mr Serge "sold" me and my dear wife on t I'm a well-traveled man, and an experience car salesman, but never have I been "sold" like how this young man Mr Serge "sold" me and my dear wife on this fantastic Honda Accord EX-L sedan. Giving credit to whom credit is due, I must congratulate this young man Mr Serge, and his Supporting Cast, yes they put on the show I mean from the salesman himself to the general manager and his support staff to the insurance guy even though I wasn't financing the car to the finance department who gives receipts on the deal; they all had their game faces on this day. I'm specially impress with the young man Mr Serge because I'm not an easy guy to please, and I look for good customer service whenever I'm spending my money. Needless to say, this up and coming professional met all of my customer service criteria. I mean.... we went back and forth for quite some time, I think I spent a total of 3 hours at the dealership, I was paying cash; but for one reason or another things weren't going the way I wanted them to go and I often resorted to wanting to leave and look elsewhere, but this young guy didn't give up, and never once lost his patience with me and my wife Annie; even though I was the problem not her, yet he remain professional, kind, and courteous. What really made Annie laugh, was after much haggling he always went for the sale; sticking his hand out as in a confirmation of the deal... lolrof, this really tickled me because he was doing everything right. Bottom line, we got the car we wanted, they gave us the full dilivery prep package (even on a used car) IE: cleaned the vehicle, Etc, we ended up being very satisfied customers, loving the dealership in total because, as I said, Not only was the salesman par excellent but his supporting staff was as well. I and my dear wife Annie Bullard, like to say thank you, to all the wonderful people we met there that day, we encourage them to keep up the good work. Yes! They are about making their money as they should be, but stick to your budget. Did I remember to say Greanacers Nissan gives excellent customer service. We Love this place. More
