From the moment I arriv BEYOND! I had my 20,000-mile scheduled maintenance today and had the pleasure of working with Service Agent Kyle Quintano. From the moment I arrived, the level of professionalism was impressive. Kyle greeted me immediately, confirmed my appointment, and the team began the inspection right away. He was polite, attentive, and even asked if I wanted water, coffee, or anything else to make me comfortable. Then something happened that truly surprised me — Service Director Jim Lambert personally introduced himself. I’ve been to many dealerships over the years, but never have I seen a service director step in with that level of hospitality. Jim was friendly, welcoming, and sincerely interested in my experience. I mentioned that I purchased my vehicle elsewhere but prefer to service it here because it’s close to home. Without hesitation, he welcomed me “into the family.” That meant a lot and showed how much emphasis this dealership places on building relationships. This location is under new ownership, and the difference is night and day. I had passed by before and would have never considered coming in, but the new leadership has completely transformed the atmosphere. The professionalism, the courtesy, and the attention to customers are all on another level. The showroom is spotless, the waiting area is comfortable, and they offer great coffee and water. Staff members walk around checking if you need anything — something you rarely see anymore. Even the bathrooms were clean, which says a lot about how well the place is managed. I take my reviews very seriously, and I never sugarcoat anything. People rely on honest feedback, and I want them to receive the same level of service I experienced. That’s why I can say with full confidence that this service department is exceptional — a team that truly cares about customers and represents the new ownership with pride.
