Not happy with the way Mgr’s handle my trade in. My total trade in was $7000.00. The pay off of my old car was $4880.00. The only put my down payment as $2000.00 . To me Mgr’s rounded the number. I asked and they gave me a lame explanation that I rather left instead of stay there and get aggravated. I would never go back here to buy another car . Despicable experience!!!! creating expectation to fail my first time experience was amazing that made me come back this second time making an appointment ahead of time selecting what services i would have my first time experience was amazing that made me come back this second time making an appointment ahead of time selecting what services i would have , unfortunately my expectations went down the drain when i arrive to the dealer to find out i had to wait for the longest time because the person in charge was runnig late due to the time change ,in top of that the service previously selected was changed with out consulting me i just had to find out at the time to pay, are this small seamless details that make the difference for the customers ! p.s kudos to alexandra urena who tried to keep the smile in the middle of a really bad service.
