They have searched my car, my bags, their facility, c COMPLAINT 11/20/2018 Greenacres Nissan lost my car keys during a routine oil change on 11/16. They have searched my car, my bags, their facility, checked their videos, assume they've asked their employees. Have contacted them multiple times up to the partner. Since they have not gotten back to me I assume they have not found them. I've asked them to advise me whether or not they will replace the missing key, SILENCE. They have the facility to make a new key, wholesale. I would like them to respond. I'm not sure what's worse, the losing of the keys, or their refusal to assume responsibility for their actions and/or inaction. More

Sales The sales person I was working with was nice and friendly but everything was rushed. The sales manager and sales rep rushed to the deal done and mad The sales person I was working with was nice and friendly but everything was rushed. The sales manager and sales rep rushed to the deal done and made a mistake hopefully unintended and put in a different price for my trade then what I verified for them and in return calling me over a week numerous times. I left the dealer with front window pricing stickers still on the car, insurance was never switched after I provided insurance info I ended up adding vehicle the next morning to my policy. I understand it was late but I explained upfront what my expectations where and if any of the requests couldn't be made I would move on. So because someone made this mistake and getting the calls to pay an extra 300 is ridiculous. I can deal with the small things like the insurance or cleaning of my new vehicle but the fact that I got calls about additional money we already finalized the numbers and deal is unprofessional and shows either Inexperience or deception from the dealer and now will no longer recommend the dealer to others and avoid this happening to them! More
