Tread carefully All I can say is I went to this dealership with a positive mind and got out disrespected and disgusted with the person I dealt with. The manager Jose All I can say is I went to this dealership with a positive mind and got out disrespected and disgusted with the person I dealt with. The manager Jose Arias which at fist seem a very professional and a decent person became really pushy and omnipotent. While discussing the price, dealer fee and trade in value Jose Arias became agitated and even resulting to yelling something that in his profession he should restrain from. But well I guess anyone can have a bad day and lose the temper no big deal. My take away is tread carefully when dealing with this business and do your homework before hand, I am going to give you few reasons why. First, Jose Arias was forcing me to accept and pay around $900 for aftermarket upgrades done by the dealership like window tinting among few others that I considered were too expensive. I ask him if I could delete that from my deal and he say simple No "that's is the way we do it here." Secondly was the dealership fee, they were charging around $1000 which the other dealer I end up buying my car was a mere $300. So, shop smart if you decide to buy from this people, and Jose my man take it easy and don't lose your wits. God Bless. More
