Bad Service Good morning and Thank you for you concern. But unfuntunally very Unhappy with the Time Service it took Over 2 Hours just for Oil Change when Royal P Good morning and Thank you for you concern. I went to other Nissan dealers before finally leasing my car at Greenacres . Evan my car salesman was absolutely amazing along with the whole sales and financial management staff... As I will mention all of their names . Jason, Michael, Douglas, Jose and Melvin we're all so friendly and very knowledgeable. They all made me feel quite at ease as we all know purchasing or leasing a car can be stressful… This was far from stressful for it was the best customer service I have ever seen.. Kudos to all of you as I look forward to bringing in my car my new beautiful Nissan Rogue Sport in for service as I will always lease or buy all of my future cars right at Greenacres Nissan… Thank you all, Jackie C. Very nice people to work with Jose to Doug. Sales to Finance. Great group of guys to work with. They went to work for me with the banks and not only closeed a hard deal but got me Jose to Doug. I would reccomend these guys to my friends and family! Doug in finance went above and beyond to explain everything and walk me through the process in an extremely friendly professional manner. Took advantage of a woman and broke vehicle This is not our normal dealership we deal with. Wife was intown for a funeral. Car would not start. Brought it here. Stated we needed a a new start This is not our normal dealership we deal with. Wife was intown for a funeral. Car would not start. Brought it here. Stated we needed a a new starter. We were charged $1,200 for a new starter. When we got back home and checked with our Nissan dealership they stated we were overcharged by $300 for that work. Additionally, upon returning home to Jacksonville, the car’s radiator became non functional. We had car towed to our regular dealership. They found the the radiator part that connects to the overflow tube had been broken off, and manually tried to be repaired by inserting a foreign object into the tube and then glueing the foreign object to the radiator. Nissan and our Nissan dealership states that there was no reason that part of the radiator to have broken off on its own. It was more likely the part was broken when the vehicle was at Greenacres during the starter repair. One would have to lean over the radiator to repair starter. I’ve been in contact with Michael Pritchett for the last two weeks about this matter. He still has not called me to discuss the issue. Only has emailed. I haven’t heard from in 5 days. I’m looking to be reimbursed for the repair to the radiator. He has the bill from our dealership here in Jacksonville. Not only was my wife taken advantage of but then our car was damaged, not repaired, and it was covered up knowing that she was from out of town. More
