I'm sorry to hear that you don't feel your experience here was up to your standards. We try our hardest to make sure we give the highest level of customer service. Anna is still quite new in the business, and the SRT8 isn't something that gets sold every day. Due to those two factors, she felt it was necessary for her to ask for some help in showing you the features of the vehicle. That's why she asked Ryan for some help. Apparently the detail department did forget to remove a can of cleaner from the trunk, and I would like to personally apologize for that. There are several things I'd like to address however. I was the one that located your vehicle for you, and I also personally spoke to you when you were here to pick the vehicle up, and I asked you how everything was going. To my recollection Ed, you told me everything was great! So I'm a little lost on what changed between then and now. As for the check engine light, that is indeed a problem. But not a problem we caused, or could have known about. There was no light, or any indication of a problem with the vehicle at the time of delivery. As for the service walk, yes that should have been done. I agree. But with you being as far from us as you are, I don't think that it was done because more likely than not, you would be doing your service closer to you as opposed to making an hour long drive to us for service. Again, that's an assumption we shouldn't have made and I apologize for that. I also don't think we received a call regarding the light. I know Anna called you several times, to follow up with you and make sure there weren't any problems, you told us that "everything was fine". As I said before Ed, we pride ourselves on customer service and if there is a problem, we try everything in our power to correct the situation. That's not something we can do if we're told "everything is fine". I know you had a bad experience at one of our competitors, and with us knowing that, we tried very hard to make this a good experience for you. But it seems you're basing your rating on things that are either very minute, or we didn't even know they were problems. These ratings are very important to us Ed, and I would like to encourage you to re evaluate your experience. We did everything we could, from locating a vehicle, to making sure you had pictures, and a window sticker to ensure it was the right vehicle. When you left, you made sure to tell Anna that you had a great experience here, and the "other" dealer would be getting a bad rating from you. Yet it seems that the people that tried their hardest, and went above and beyond the call of duty to get you the perfect vehicle are the ones getting the bad review. Again, if we had known about the light, we'd have taken care of it. Again I would ask that you revisit the entire experience here and re evaluate...
