Buyer beware I bought a new 2017 dodge ram bighorn 3500 dully from this place! It has 51k miles on it now ,and is in the shop for its third transmission! The tech I bought a new 2017 dodge ram bighorn 3500 dully from this place! It has 51k miles on it now ,and is in the shop for its third transmission! The tech says I pull to much weight with it ( 50 horse power tractor or 17ft. Carolina skiff boat) ( his words, that's abuse)now they tell me they aren't going to honor the warranty and it will cost me out of pocket up to $ 1k! Many phone calls to gm phillip not one return call! They don't care one bit about customer satisfaction! I have owned and operated a business for 26 years now in Hampton roads,( still going) I've had to go across the street and buy a Toyota tundra now because the dodge stays in their shop more than in my yard! I would never buy, or deal with this place again! After reading all the negative reviews and you still buy from them, you get what you deserve! I wish I would have! Well you have been warned!!!!!!!!!! More

Always make an appointment I called before 8 if I could bring my truck in for an oil change. The girl that took the call said..no worries just come through the express lane. I asked if I could set an appointment for the afternoon...and again she said the express lane is fine....it'll be open at 1pm for the afternoon. So again I asked...how about I get in before 11:30 am...again she's adamant about 1pm. 1pm came...I was one of the first 3 vehicles that rolled in...and guess what? Sorry we can't take any more customers. What if I wait till someone is available? Sorry....come back tomorrow... I had to take leave off from work to get this done. Sorry....try tomorrow? It's the first time this ever happened....the previous service reps were far more knowledgeable....the decline is real....just sad. More

Kept my deposit and never received my vehicle 02 April 2019 I’m a disabled veteran and I have brought a total of 8 new vehicles in my lifetime and Greenbrier Dodge was by far the worse car buying 02 April 2019 I’m a disabled veteran and I have brought a total of 8 new vehicles in my lifetime and Greenbrier Dodge was by far the worse car buying experience I’ve ever had. First, the salesman wanted to put me in a vehicle that I didn’t want by putting leather seats in the vehicle to make it look like the truck I wanted. He then went about finding the truck I wanted, he came back and said he found the truck and all I had to do was agree upon the price. The price was what I asked for and when the truck arrived after all of the paperwork was done, it didn’t have the options I wanted. There were also running boards and a bed liner on the truck that wasn’t on the sales sticker. Greenbrier Dodge wanted make arrangements to remove those items from the truck. The general manager said if I didn’t want the truck then back out, so I did. They only gave me ½ of my deposit back and I’ve been persistently trying to get the rest of my deposit back. I’ve left messages for the general manager and no one returned my call. The salesman also gave me two month hard tags for the vehicle. I asked why only two months he then stated, “I have to deal with DMV because they would only allow me 2 months. I took time off of work to go to DMV and found out there was nothing wrong with my DMV record. Needless to say, I wasted my PTO time. Bottom line is, I didn’t drive the vehicle off the lot and never took possession of the vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I went to a different local Dodge dealer and got my truck within 48hrs to include a loaner vehicle while I was waiting. I rate this place a 1 out of 5 and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone to include veterans. More
