Our red battery light came on while we were driving on I-64. The dealer told us to come in and he would check out the problem. He ran the diagnostics and we were back on the road in two hours. I had a fantastic experience w/Greenbrier Motor Company, & am looking forward to a long & happy relationship with them. Ben Gurley (salesman), Mike Czizic (placed my custom build order), & Jon Myles (financ & am looking forward to a long & happy relationship with them. Ben Gurley (salesman), Mike Czizic (placed my custom build order), & Jon Myles (finance) were all awesome to work with. “Professional, personable, warm, friendly, knowledgeable, & a good sense of humor” applies to each; I always felt valued, taken seriously, & that I was in good hands, as well. Ben Gurley really went way above & beyond for me; he picked me up from the airport after hours & then smilingly waited quite a while with me while I reported my lost suitcase & went through that rigamarole. He even offered to pick up my suitcase when it arrived & bring it to me, 40 min. away (!!). Ben also did a great job keeping me informed throughout the 3 month wait, teaching me about my beautiful Gladiator Rubicon when it arrived, & then checking in with me 3 or 4 times since I took delivery. His enthusiasm & positive outlook is infectious. Thank you! More

Will not work with a Disabled American Veteran because I am not white Veteran who receives $3800 per month. Never showed me the hard pull they made on my credit.
