The WORST service department We purchased a new Genesis from this dealership a few years ago and have had NOTHING but trouble with their service department. The car currently has a safety recall, and we can do nothing but leave a message for the service department and cannot even get a return phone call. This has been going on for several days. It had another recall awhile back, and I had to get in touch with the general manager of the dealership to get them to finish so we could get the car back. I am talking about days that they kept it not merely hours. More
