Glenn you were at the desk when everyone happened. You didn’t want to fixed the issue because you didn’t say a word. You just rob me out of $180. I felt better given my money to the homeless shelter . At least, I knew it went to someone that needed it. . I see why your department is rated 2.2 . It is the worse I have ever seen. I will spread the word to my friends and social media. They don’t deserve to be treated in that manner. I was a general manager for Walmart for over 20 years and I know a lot of folks. I will spread the word.

I had to say one more thing. They always say they are sorry. You are not sorry. This is how you do business in the service department. Your service department is a money pit. Just poor service. You would not feel so bad if you at least got some service. But when you walk away with know service, that’s pretty bad.
