Truly impressed I have purchased from this dealer in the past and had a good experience, but it seems that they have really stepped up their game. The dealership overall, and Pete the salesman in particular, made an extra effort to get the vehicle that I wished to purchase (Highlander Hybrid)--no dealership in eastern North Carolina had one . All the planets aligned for this deal. Pete found one and had it brought to the dealership. It was supposed to take about 2-3 weeks, but arrived in a week. The roof cross bars and all weather mat set that I told them I would install, were already installed when i arrived. The tutorial on Toyota's newest safety systems was thorough and informative. I was kept updated the entire time, by both Pete and Dayna. Everyone I spoke with (including other customers) was friendly and courteous. I have honestly never had a better car buying experience. Plus a FULL tank of gas to top it off. Outstanding! More

Deception I would not like to mention names but be careful. When you are upfront and feel like they are being upfront with you and they understood I did not wan I would not like to mention names but be careful. When you are upfront and feel like they are being upfront with you and they understood I did not want my credit ran unless we came to a bottom dollar figure and was made to believe we where on the same page so allowed for credit check just to find out that the salesperson never told management about my offer. I am forever upset. They would have had a lifetime customer. One customer lost and I know one is not a great number but word of mouth is everything.!!! More

Garry Purvis was always quick to respond to inquiries, with clear, direct answers avoiding the stereotypical car sales runaround. He really listened to my requests and provided answers even beyond what I initially asked. Mike Laurin helped out with test drives and provided the same clear, direct answers. He was extremely professional and delivered surprisingly fast, accurate customer service during the final write up. Even the guys in the service area are nice and accommodating. (I've experienced negative interactions at other dealerships, where service-after-the-sale was cold and impersonal.) Greenville Toyota has always made me feel like a valued customer. More

No Salesperson Follow-up Found the car we wanted on CarGurus.com. Did send an inquiry and it was answered immediately. Online dealing was good. Went to see the car and bought (2015 Chevrolet Camaro). Everything went good the day of the sale. Anytime I called with questions my salesman would never call me back. He was supposed to make us an appointment to get an additional key; he told me the date/time. My husband was there to get it done. They did not have his appt. down. They did do it but he had to wait. Let me state this is just done one day a week, after 4:00 p.m. I did get the floor mats I requested and received really good feedback from the person in that department. Called to ask me a couple of questions, then promptly got the floor mats. Very pleased with that. The final question I had for my salesperson, I'm still waiting to hear back (over a month!!!). He was going to check with Chevrolet dealer regarding tonneau cover. Still no reply. They may do better if you purchase a Toyota from them, but not impressed with their used car dealings, especially if another model. More
