He was a go getter and worked hard to please and satisfied us. We laughed and joked and then when it came down to business he was very knowledgeable of the car and took care of everything. He just needs a pair of roller skates to keep up with the passing customers in the parking lot...our little joke...lol. The dealership was very clean and everyone was so nice and helpful. Impeccable experience - Craig Jr really is an all-star. Drove 130 miles from Raleigh to buy the exact Lexus I was seeking. Everything was ready to go when I got there and soup to nuts I was done in 50 minutes ... from a scratch start. Vehicle, though 1 year old, was in pristine condition and the few minor issues I did see (ex: small scuffs on leather, missing second key fob) Craig Jr had handled in short order. Very professional demeanor and one can quickly see that he runs a tight ship as General Manager of the dealership. And I'd be remiss to not mention that Craig made me a killer deal that beat the pants off of all other dealerships in the state.
