I knew what I wanted, and I was taken care of with respect I asked for someone to help me with my car purchase personally. On both vehicles he did all the pairing of two cell phones, and let my wife and I each test drive both vehicles, and explained the features of each one. The first two were your typical dealerships--didn't seem too interested in what we wanted. Thankfully, we went to Greenville Toyota and was met by Ian Miller. He was an excellent sales consultant. Showed us what we found online. After looking at the four cars from online, we noticed a Highlander. Ian got the keys and all the info for the Highlander, and we took a test drive. He even showed us where to go to avoid all the traffic. Loved the car. A little while later, we were driving it home. Ian Miller and Greenville Toyota took care of everything; even transfer of the license plate. From the time we walked in to the time we left, everything was professional and courteous--the highest quality of customer service. More
