I was met when i pulled in the lot by Ricky. I came in looking for a specific vehicle and it was not available on the lot. They don’t fix things right the first time and have you come back numerous times for the same thing. Lack of responsibility for the mistakes they made. If there’s a problem outside of wear and tear, they created it. Repairs are done poorly. Recommends expensive repairs and does the absolute worst with fixing what they say is wrong. When they touch stuff, they have the tendency to break things. They don’t put stuff back right, they leave off bolts and gaskets. They don’t do proper oil changes, lie about rotating tires but yet have you pay for it. They don’t always change the filter when doing the oil change. At times, they don’t even properly fill oil nor top off other fluids like they claim. Apparently, they don’t know how to screw in a oil filter properly. They don’t stand behind their work and they don’t care about your vehicle (especially if it’s older) I found me “professional” mechanic that was able to fix all the stupid mistakes GT service dept made. My truck is doing so much better now that it’s out of Greenville Toyota’s ridiculous care! To Greenville Toyota, find something else to destroy besides someone’s vehicle. More
