Impeccable experience - Craig Jr really is an all-star. Drove 130 miles from Raleigh to buy the exact Lexus I was seeking. Vehicle, though 1 year old, was in pristine condition and the few minor issues I did see (ex: small scuffs on leather, missing second key fob) Craig Jr had handled in short order. Very professional demeanor and one can quickly see that he runs a tight ship as General Manager of the dealership. And I'd be remiss to not mention that Craig made me a killer deal that beat the pants off of all other dealerships in the state.
